Order Processing
Please allow up to three business days for your order to be processed. New collection launches may add additional days to order processing times, orders are dispatched in the order that they are received.  

As soon as your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email.

Shipping and Handling
To estimate the time of delivery, please note processing time in addition to the time indicated by your selected shipping method at checkout. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

The shipping carrier chosen at the time of checkout is responsible for the delivery of your package. In the case of a lost package, it is a responsibility of the carrier and all inquiries must be directed to the carrier. 

International Shipping
Orders may be subject to import taxes or customs fees determined by the destination country. Estimated import taxes and customs fees are not included in the shipping cost. Customer is responsible for all customs and duty fees. Transit times may vary due to delays presented at customs.

Payment Options

This site is secure. Credit/Debit card transactions are processed through the secure servers of PayPal Express checkout and Stripe.

We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.


Return and Exchange Policy
Items may be returned within 15 days from time of delivery for refund minus the cost of shipping. Items must be in original condition, unworn with original packaging. Upon receipt of your return a notification will be sent via email to you and you will be credited back from the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return and handling shipping costs on exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
